Refund & return

We ship worldwide from the gutter. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected delivery method. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us at randomrebelsworld@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement within standard processing times.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. If your return does not meet our conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
